I am new to Cyclone, how does it work?

Welcome! Cyclone is designed to deliver meaningful and sustained results. Once you are logged in, click on the “Programs” tab and choose the program that is fitting for your current fitness level. Once you are in the site, you can take a video tour of the site and make use of the interface to keep track of your workouts.

My player says that “This video cant be played with your current setup”, what does that mean?

Please download the latest flash player. It’s a free add-on to your browser and can be found at:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Please restart your computer once it has downloaded. Google Chrome browser automatically updates the Flash player.

Are your videos meant for download?

Unfortunately, Cyclone does not offer a download option. The membership site is meant for streaming video to those who are subscribed only. Thanks for asking.

Can I submit my Before & After pics?

Absolutely! We love seeing your results! Please email the pictures to info@cyclonefitness.com and we will put them to good use. I’m sure you realize that we will be showing you off. J

Do you have a nutrition section?

The member area has a Tab dedicated solely to our Ideal Meal Breakdown. Simply put: if it's not on our list, don't eat it. The Ideal Meal also details how much you should eat, and when!

How often should I workout?

Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program.  For maximum results, we recommend following our 60-day programs and listen to your body.

Can I watch your videos on my tablet or phone?

Yes, the website is responsive to whatever device is accessing it. We recommend a tablet or larger device, like your computer. However, you can take our workouts wherever you go that has an internet connection.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime by going to the ‘My Account’ page when logged in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our secure checkout will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Am I automatically billed each month?

Yes, our checkout processor, Stripe, handles all of the recurring payments securely and safely.

What is your refund policy?

Cyclone Fitness memberships are non-refundable.  If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can cancel at anytime without penalty.

How do I update or change my payment card?

You must be logged in to make the change. Go to the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page. Select ‘Update Payment Method’ and follow the prompts.
